Shipping policy
Orders are packed and shipped from Santa Barbara, California.
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Custom and made-to-order pieces have their own creation time listed on the product page. Please allow that creation time in addition to shipping time.
For U.S. orders:
- Standard shipping: $4.95 on orders under $70
- Free standard shipping: orders $70+
- Express shipping: $15
- Standard transit time is typically 3–5 business days after your order ships
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
Carrier delays can occasionally happen after a package leaves our hands. If your tracking shows a problem or your package appears lost, please contact us and we’ll help however we can.
